Sometimes it is the display resolution, sometimes it is a .Net framework edition issue.  Here are some steps you can take in both instances:

Try these steps in order. Most users resolve it with display tweaks — especially on RDP/VM/dedicated server setups.

Quick Workarounds (No Restart Needed):

  1. Resize or Move the Dialog Window
    • Click the dialog title bar ("Security Group") to focus it.
    • Press Alt + Space → choose "Move" or "Size" from the menu.
    • Use arrow keys to drag the window downward or make it taller → press Enter to apply.
    • This often brings hidden buttons back into view.
  2. Keyboard Navigation to "Click" Hidden Buttons
    • With the dialog open, press Tab repeatedly to cycle through fields.
    • When focus reaches OK (you might hear a beep or see a dotted outline), press Enter.
    • For Cancel, press Esc (or Tab until Cancel and Enter).
Display & RDP/VM Fixes (Most Effective):

3. Adjust RDP Client Settings (Before Connecting)

  • In Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe) → Show Options → Display tab:
    • Set resolution to 1920x1080 (or higher, matching server if possible).
    • Choose "Full screen" or high resolution.
  • Experience tab: Select LAN (if low latency) or disable visual styles/themes/transitions.
  • Reconnect and test the dialog.
  1. Server/VM Side Display Settings
    • Log in locally (or via console if possible).
    • Right-click desktop → Display settings:
      • Set resolution to 1920x1080 or 1280x1024 (software minimum).
      • Set scaling to 100% (recommended) or 125% max.
    • Restart the software.
  2. High DPI Override for the App
    • Right-click PairTradeFinder.exe (in install folder) → Properties → Compatibility tab.
    • Click "Change high DPI settings" → Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior" → Set to Application.
    • Apply → restart the program.
Other Checks:

6. Restart PairTrade Finder (or the server/VM if needed). Run as Administrator once.
7. Confirm .NET Framework 3.5 is enabled (Windows Features → turn on if missing).
8. Ensure screen resolution meets minimum: 1280x1024 (from official specs).
